Patricia Villa | Founder + Director

Patricia is a finance and operations professional with over 22 years of experience in multiple industries. She holds a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Miami.  Over the years, she has provided high quality fractional accounting services and tax preparation to individuals and small businesses. Patricia goes beyond delivering services. She strives to build ongoing collaborative relationships with her clients by being available and responsive and by serving as a long-term referral resource. Patricia is originally from Puerto Rico, and grew up in Florida.  Currently, Patricia lives in Haw River, NC with her husband, Jose and their two dogs, Taze and Cielo.  Learn more about Patricia's education, interests and professional experience on LinkedIn.

Veronica Casariego | Operations Manager

Veronica is a seasoned accounting professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in supporting small businesses across a variety of industries, including hospitality, retail, restaurants, and construction. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, she has honed her skills in providing tailored financial solutions that drive efficiency, foster collaboration, and deliver reliable insights for informed decision-making.  Originally from New Jersey with Peruvian and Cuban roots, Veronica’s diverse cultural background adds a unique perspective to her work. She currently resides in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, with her husband and three children. Outside of her professional life, Veronica is passionate about creativity and cherishes quality time with her family, always finding new ways to create lasting memories.

Lilia Jimenez | Accounting Specialist

Lili has over 12 years of experience in office administration with a strong emphasis in accounting. She has worked in various fields from corporate dealerships to mental health clinics and with small businesses. Lilia strives to provide high quality services to our small business clients using her effective time management, general accounting, and strong organizational skills. Currently, Lilia resides in Durham, NC with her family. She enjoys supporting local restaurants and coffee shops, as well as traveling and spending time with family and  friends.

Zanzi Robinson | Accounting Specialist

Zanzi has worked in finance and accounting for over 6 years. She has a Business Administration degree with a concentration in accounting from the University of South Carolina, where she also obtained her minor in English Language and Literature. Having worked in multiple industries ranging from software services to subprime auto-loan acquisitions, Zanzi has had to develop adaptability to constantly changing procedures and an understanding of accounting controls. She endeavors to improve efficiency and uniformity in all processes, whether in a corporate environment or a small-business setting. Zanzi was born in San José, Costa Rica, and has lived in Panamá, Guatemala, and Mississippi. Currently, she is residing in Greer, South Carolina. Outside of work, Zanzi loves traveling, food, traveling for food, and reading. 

Jose Villa | Junior Bookkeeper

Jose has a varied professional background.  He's worked in sales, logistics and child development.  His true passion though, is soccer.   He brings to Collab his attention to detail, organizational and people skills and an unrivaled team spirit.  Jose provides support in operations and administration while he continues to obtain training in bookkeeping.  Born to Ecuadorian parents, Jose is from Miami, FL and now lives in Haw River, NC.  He enjoys spending time mentoring in the local community and  loves gardening and landscaping.

Natalie Zuzunaga | Administration Specialist

Natalie is a certified Virtual Assistant who provides administrative and operational support. With a background in both creative and professional settings, she has developed strong organizational and communication skills that help teams stay on track and business owners stay focused. Before transitioning into virtual assistant work, Natalie ran her own calligraphy business and also worked as an assistant for a professional photographer — experiences that taught her the importance of reliability, time management, and clear client communication. Natalie is based in Lake Mary, FL. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

Heriberto Febus | Special Projects Consultant

Heriberto has many years of experience as a former Banking Senior Executive with a specialty in forensic accounting.  Throughout his career, he was involved in the strategic design, development, and implementation of Financial Crimes programs and served as a liaison with regulatory agencies, law enforcement, and internal and external auditors.  His background in banking and forensic accounting brings a new perspective to the transactional work that we do for our small business clients.  Currently, Heriberto resides in Charlotte, NC with his family.  He enjoys playing golf, restoring vintage automobiles and spending time with friends and family.
