Patricia is a finance and operations professional with over 20 years of experience in multiple industries. She holds a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Miami.  Over the years, she has provided high quality fractional accounting services and tax preparation to individuals and small businesses. Patricia goes beyond delivering services. She strives to build ongoing collaborative relationships with her clients by being available and responsive and by serving as a long-term referral resource. Patricia is originally from Carolina, Puerto Rico, and has lived and worked in Miami, FL, Durham, NC and Greensboro, NC.  Currently, Patricia lives in Haw River, NC with her husband, Jose and their two dogs, Taze and Cielo.  Learn more about Patricia's education, interests and professional experience on LinkedIn.

Mercy brings 20 years of accounting expertise to the table. Her journey began as a file clerk at a CPA office in Coral Gables, FL, where her passion for accounting was ignited. Over the years, she has honed her skills in tax preparation and bookkeeping, always striving for thoroughness and attention to detail. Mercy is well-versed in multi-state sales and use tax, as well as payroll taxes. Born and raised in Miami, FL, Mercy has also lived in the Florida Keys and Georgia, and she currently resides in New York. Despite her knack for crunching numbers, she has a creative side and enjoys the arts. Mercy is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and is currently learning German. Adventurous and curious by nature, she loves cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends in her free time.

Lili has over 10 years of experience in office administration with a strong emphasis in accounting. She has worked in various fields from corporate dealerships to mental health clinics and with small businesses. Lilia strives to provide high quality services to our small business clients using her effective time management, general accounting, and strong organizational skills. Currently, Lilia resides in Durham, NC with her family. She enjoys supporting local restaurants and coffee shops, as well as traveling and spending time with family and  friends.

Jose has a varied professional background.  He's worked in sales, logistics and child development.  His true passion though, is soccer.   He brings to Collab his attention to detail, organizational and people skills and an unrivaled team spirit.  Jose provides support in operations and administration while he continues to obtain training in bookkeeping.  Jose is from Miami, FL and now lives in Haw River, NC.  He enjoys spending time mentoring in the local hispanic community and  loves gardening and landscaping.
